The perspective on the corrdor leading into the painting is way off...you need to find your horizon line and build all perpsective from that at the drawing stage to avoid these lind of errors.
You also need to start studying hard on your anatomy...use references..it;s the only way you can begin to understand what a nose really looks like or how features appear when the head is tilted like this.
There is much wrong with this...but it's such an improvement on your earlier work that I hope people go easy on it.

I do agree about anatomy, particularly check the face - eyes, nose. The expression would be even more realistic if the face weren't falling apart a little.
But other than that, keep going! You're definitely making improvement!

That that causes in you of doubt, it is underground transition and this path has no steps,
For simplification of walking to the old men and mums with carriages and small children.
